The 2022 Shareholders' Meeting/Board Meeting and Signing Ceremony for Capital Increase and Share Expansion of SinoGaN have been successfully completed

On the morning of July 4, 2022, SinoGaN held the 2022 annual shareholder meeting, the first and second board meetings, and the signing ceremony for capital increase and share expansion. Chen Jianmin, Chairman of Dongguan Zhongmin Holdings Co., Ltd., Zheng Jianwen, General Manager of Investment and Operation Center of Guangdong Everbright Group, Liu Weiquan, General Manager of Guangdong Everbright Industry Group, Li Xiujuan, Vice President of Fangzheng Hesheng Investment Co., Ltd., and Pan Feng, General Manager of the Board of Directors. Zhang Guoyi, Chairman of Beijing Yanyuan Zhongjia Semiconductor Engineering Research and Development Center Co., Ltd., attended the meeting and the signing ceremony. Shen Bo, Chairman of SinoGaN Semiconductor Company, gave a work report at the meeting.

SinoGaN's current round of financing is 50 million yuan, with additional and strategic investments from Dongguan Zhongmin Holdings and Fangzheng Hesheng. Since its production at the end of 2021, Zhongbo Xin has achieved domestic and international leading performance indicators in multiple products, and some product performance indicators have reached international leading levels. This capital increase and share expansion has ushered in a second important development node for Zhongbo Xin.
